DAIRY ALLERGEN ADVICE:
Some of our products contain dairy. Our plant based products are produced in the same facility, which also handles dairy ingredients. While we follow strict cleaning and production procedures to reduce the risk of cross contact, we recommend reviewing individual product packaging and seeking medical advice if you have a severe dairy allergy.

NUT ALLERGEN ADVICE:
We do not use peanuts or tree nuts in our manufacturing facility, and none of our products contain these ingredients. We recommend reviewing individual product packaging and consulting a healthcare professional if you have severe allergies.

XYLITOL WARNING:
We have products that contain Xylitol. Xylitol and dogs do not get along. Keep it away from your furry friends.

DO YOU HAVE GLUTEN FREE PRODUCTS?
Yes, all of our products are gluten free.

DO YOU USE ARTIFICIAL SWEETENERS?
No, none of our products are sweetened artificially. All of our natural sweeteners including Erythritol, Xylitol and Monk Fruit, are plant-derived.

WHY DO YOU USE MALTITOL IN YOUR DIPPED LICKS?
After extensive trials, we found that our usual plant based sweeteners wouldn’t allow the chocolate coating to harden properly during production. The coating either cracked or fell off the stick. Maltitol is currently the only sweetener that keeps the chocolate stable through dipping, freezing and eating. The chocolate dip contains only a small amount of Maltitol, blended with cocoa and vegetable oil, which lowers the overall glycemic index of the final product. We’re continuing R&D to explore alternatives, but understand this option may not suit everyone.

ARE YOUR PRODUCTS DIABETIC FRIENDLY?
All our products contain lower amounts of sugar. However, we do have a ZERO added sugar, low carb “Lick” Ice Cream range, that has been specifically designed with the Diabetic and Keto community in mind. However, we always recommend that you read the label and check the ingredients first, to make sure they are right for you.

I HAVE A NUT ALLERGY; CAN I EAT TWISTED?
Our products do not contain nuts and are not made on a shared line. We do not manufacture any flavours containing nuts. There is a warning on our packaging because we cannot guarantee our supply chain.

WHICH ITEMS OF PACKAGING CAN I RECYCLE?
You can recycle the product boxes, 1L tub and lid, the lids from our Minis cups, and the sticks from our Licks. The plastic Licks wrappers and Minis cups are not recyclable.

ARE YOUR PRODUCTS MADE WITH 100% AUSTRALIAN DAIRY?
Yes, we proudly only use 100% Australian Dairy.

ARE THE INGREDIENTS GMO FREE?
Yes.

ARE YOUR PRODUCTS VEGETARIAN?
Yes.

ARE YOUR PRODUCTS HALAL CERTIFIED?
Our products are not Halal certified however they do not contain any meat products.

ARE YOUR PRODUCTS KOSHER CERTIFIED?
Our Minis Frozen Yoghurts for food service are Kosher certified. We’re working towards getting our other products certified.

IS IT TRUE THAT YOU ARE AUSTRALIA’S ONLY FEMALE LED FROZEN DESSERT MANUFACTURER?
Yes, we are so proud to be Australia’s only female led and owned frozen dessert manufacturer. All of our products are manufactured at our factory in Sydney.

DO YOU USE ERYTHRITOL IN YOUR PRODUCTS?

We use erythritol to keep sugar low while keeping flavour high. It’s an approved sweetener used worldwide in reduced-sugar products. Like anything, moderation matters- and we formulate within safe guidelines. 

And we are always looking to improve formulas and explore alternative options for future developments.
