Are your products gluten free?
Yes. Our products are made in a dedicated gluten free facility and are tested to ensure they meet gluten free requirements.
Do your products contain added sugar?
Many of our products contain no added sugar. Please check individual product packaging for specific nutrition information.
How much protein is in your products?
Protein content varies by product. Our Protein Sticks contain 12g of protein per stick, while our Protein Pints provide 30g of protein per pint.
What sweeteners do you use?
We use a combination of sweeteners including erythritol and monk fruit extract in selected products to deliver great taste with less sugar.

Are your products made with real dairy?
Yes. We proudly use 100% Australian dairy in our products.
Do your products contain live cultures?
Our frozen yoghurt products are made with real probiotic yoghurt cultures.
Are your products suitable for vegetarians?
Most of our products are suitable for vegetarians. Please refer to individual product information for details.
Do your products contain nuts?
Our products do not contain nuts and are not made on a shared line. We do not manufacture any flavours containing nuts.
Storage & Product Quality
How should I store my Twisted products?
Keep frozen at or below -18°C until ready to enjoy.
Why does my product seem softer than usual?
Changes in temperature during transport or storage can affect texture. Refreezing may impact product quality and consistency.
What is the shelf life of your products?
Our products have a best before date of up to 24 months from manufacture when stored correctly frozen.
Can I refreeze a product if it melts?
We do not recommend refreezing melted products as this may affect quality, texture and food safety.
